Testosterone-infused rock and heavy metal is what directs my muscles to crank out extra reps and climb to new levels with that weight pin. It’s the kind of music playlist that brings out the little beast in me.
To balance out some of the testosterone, I added a few tracks with the amazing vocalists Lisa Papineau of Pet and Lacey Sturm of Flyleaf. I know that heavy metal is not for everyone, but if there is a time and place for everything, then the gym is the perfect time and place for this playlist. Try the “Rock Against Enemy Attack” playlist if you prefer Christian rock.
